Retail Assistant with Opportunity for Promotion June 2015

Job Description:

-       Answer to enquiries (via email, phone or walk-in)

-       Recommend and aid sales of products

-       Process sales: collect payment, give correct change, pack customer orders

-       Record customer orders and due dates

-       Arrange for delivery of customer orders

-       Do some art-and-craft when required, such as placing tags/stickers for personalized gifts - fun!

Skills we require or we will help you develop:

-       Good phone skills, confident in sales

-       Comfortable with using both iMac and Windows

-       Able to use the internet

-       Good email etiquette

-       Able to multi-task

-       Able to calculate simple mathematics

-       Communicates well in spoken and written English. (Capability to communicate in other languages is a bonus!)

More Details:

-      Hours: 5 day week, average of 36 hours a week.

-      Training: included. No experience needed (any retail experience is a bonus)

-      Availability: immediate. Long term staff appreciated.
